Four steps. No mystery.
You will always know what is happening, what it costs, and what is next. Fixed quotes before work starts, no hourly meter, and no disappearing for three weeks before a big reveal you are not allowed to change.
How a project moves
Simple, fast, and honest. Every job — a stack of cards, a rebrand, or a website with an AI assistant bolted on — runs through the same four stages.
Listen
We start with your goals, your customers, and your deadline — not a template. A short intake, then a clear quote you can say yes or no to before anything is built.
Design
Concepts you can react to, fast. We show work early and iterate with you, because the version you helped shape is always better than the one presented at you.
Produce
Press, plotter or deploy. We manage production and quality-check every piece before it reaches you, so a colour problem is our problem, not your reprint bill.
Amplify
The part most shops skip. Templates, AI tools, automations and care plans that keep the work paying off long after the ink dries.
Timelines, in real numbers
Estimates from actual projects, not optimistic marketing figures. Print production and shipping are quoted separately on top.
| Project | Typical timeline | What drives it |
|---|---|---|
| A single print piece — flyer, menu, card | A few days | How quickly you approve the proof |
| Brand identity system | 2–4 weeks | Rounds of feedback, not drawing time |
| Website | 2–6 weeks | Page count, and how ready your content is |
| AI assistant or automation | 1–3 weeks | How much of your process we have to learn first |
| Google Business Profile fix | Days to weeks | Google's own verification queue, which nobody controls |
Every one of these gets faster when content and feedback come back quickly. That is genuinely the biggest variable — it is almost never the work itself.
How we price, plainly
Fixed quotes
Agreed before work starts. You are never paying by the hour for us to learn something or fix our own mistake.
Public print pricing
You should not have to fill in a form to learn what a box of business cards costs. Price it yourself.
Scope changes are quoted first
If the job genuinely grows, we tell you what it costs before doing it — not in a surprise line on the final invoice.
Deposit, then balance
A deposit up front and the balance on completion for most projects. Print runs are paid before they go to press.
Care plans are monthly
Billed monthly and cancellable. Nothing about them is designed to lock you in. Compare plans.
You own the result
Source files, artwork, domain, content. On final payment it is yours, with no release fee and no hostage-taking.
Straight answers
How do you quote a project?
Fixed price, agreed before work starts. We do not bill hourly, so you are never paying for us to learn something or redo our own mistake. If the scope genuinely changes mid-project we tell you what it costs before doing it, not after.
How many rounds of revisions do I get?
Enough to get it right. We do not sell a two-revision package designed to trigger change orders. What we do ask is that feedback comes back consolidated rather than in twelve separate messages — that is what actually makes projects run long.
How long will my project take?
A single print piece is usually a few days. A brand identity runs two to four weeks. A website is typically two to six weeks depending on page count. Print production and shipping add their own time on top, which we quote separately and honestly.
What do you need from me?
Less than you think. Your business details, any existing artwork or photos, and prompt feedback at the two or three points where we ask for it. Projects run late because of slow feedback far more often than because of slow work.
How do payments work?
A deposit up front and the balance on completion for most projects. Print runs are paid before they go to press, because the press wants paying too. Care plans are billed monthly and you can cancel them.
What happens after the project is delivered?
You own everything, and you get the source files. If it is a website you can put it on VEER Care from $25 a month for hosting, security, backups and monthly updates. If it is print, your files stay on record so a reprint next year does not start from scratch.
Do you work with clients outside Minnesota?
Yes. Design and technology work happens anywhere, and print ships anywhere in the US with delivery built into the quoted price. The Twin Cities is simply where we are, not a limit on who we work with.
